Crepe Shop Chicago

Crepe Shop Chicago is one of the newer breakfast cafe’s in Lakeview. They specialize in none other than delicious Parisian crepes. This small little shop is a delightful way to brunch with your gal pals or grab a coffee date with a friend. Crepe Shop Chicago is a little slice of heaven in this never ending Midwest winter. You are greeted with hanging bungalow chairs, quaint little coffee mugs, pretty tufted leather sofa’s and a beautiful green jungle mural. I am a huge fan of their chai tea latte’s, there is just something so delicious and special about them. It’s like a hug in a cup. You must stop in a try their delicious crepe’s! You can choose from the savory or sweet menu. I’m a little biased to the sweet menu. The nutella banana crepe is out of this world. It is the perfect balance of banana and chocolate. Such a sweet way to start your day. Crepe Shop Chicago’s latest concoction is called matcha made in heaven. It was earthy yet sweet and it’s composed of pistachios, matcha and fresh cut strawberries. I highly recommend you give it a try before the menu changes! The wild berry cheesecake crepe is also a great choice. I can’t wait to go back and try out some of the savory crepes soon!
